I have been using free traffic most of the time, but I have some experience with paid media.

I have created many landing pages and squeeze pages during the years, even though I’m not a web designer. I’ve hired several web designers to create the pages for me.

My experience with Wordpress Landing Page Templates

I installed the template I wanted to use in a couple of minutes. It was really easy, I used ftp and it was close to impossible not to understand how to do it. The instructions were easy to follow.

I uploaded an image, started to write using headlines and bullet points. A few minutes later, I clicked on preview, and my landing page was ready. It looked really professional, even though it was the easiest and fastest landing page I’ve ever created.

My next test was creating a squeeze page. I did the same procedure and added an AWeber subscription form. It worked just as amazing as the first landing page.

I’ve been testing Article Architect for a few weeks now. At first, I thought it was an awesome product, but now, I’m not quite as excited.

What is article architect?

To be brief. It’s a software to research, write, publish and organize your articles.

What it’s not

It’s not a software to write and publish hundreds of articles to hundreds of directories in a matter of minutes. Some people write an article, then spin it (re-write the article by adding new words and phrases) into ten, twenty, thirty or more new articles. Article Architect is not like that, you’ll have to do everything manually.

The real power of Article Architect

I believe that organizing your articles, all the articles you’ve written, when you wrote them and where you submitted your articles, that’s the real power of Article Architect. You can add hundreds of directories, you can rewrite your articles (probably a little faster than if you didn’t use Article Architect), and you can even post your articles to your blogs. If you’re like me, a few days after you’ve written an article and published it, you forget what you’ve written and where you published it. With Article Architect you won’t forget, because it keeps track of everything.

I tried the research feature, but I didn’t like it. I think it’s easier to do all my research by using Google, and not inside Article Architect.

How to use Article Architect

There are six “tools” in the menu. The first one is overview, this is what it says, an overview of the articles you’ve written and the articles you’ve submitted to directories. The problem with this is that you can’t see which directories that you’ve submitted your articles to. I can’t find this feature. The second tool is Articles. This is where you write your articles. The third tool is Research. This is where you research keywords to use in your articles. This is done by using the free WordTracker database. The fourth tool is Directories. This is where you add all the article directories. The fifth tool is Resources. This is more or less a bunch of ebook and articles you can buy (all are related to article marketing). The sixth tool is Snooper. This is where you find content, and do your final research.

It took me a long time to figure out how to publish the articles. I couldn’t find the publish button. I looked everywhere. I almost contacted support. It seemed that I spent hours looking, and guess what? I had to use the right mouse button.

Should you buy Article Architect?

It all depends on what you’re looking for. If you’re looking for an article spinner, this is not it. If you’re looking for a word processor, it’s not it. If you’re just looking for a way to keep track of all your articles and an easy way to publish them to article directories, then Article Architect might be the right choice.

I have been thinking of buying this ebook called The Super Affiliate Handbook by Roslind Gardner for more than a year. Finally, I bought it, and I just finished reading it. This is my review of one of the best Internet marketing ebooks I’ve ever read.

The ebook was first published in 2003. Since then, Rosalind Gardner has updated it many times to include new affiliate marketing techniques, new technology and new statistics. The newest version is 206 pages, and I bought it on August 17, 2009.

Why I bought The Super Affiliate Handbook

Lately, I’ve discovered that the easiest way to earn money online is to sell other people’s stuff. I only need to recommend the stuff, if someone buys, I earn money. I never have keep any stock of my products, I don’t need to do any support. It’s all about recommending products of high quality.

As an affiliate marketer, there is a very low cost set-up, no fees or licences, no employees, no order processing, no inventory. I’m writing this in my living room, you can actually work from anywhere and you can set your own schedule. It’s a great way to earn money.

The book contains great details about why and how you should be tracking your results. A lot of people never bother to track their results, they just expect to earn money, but without tracking they would never understand which marketing techniques that are successful and which ones that are failing. Tracking is really important, and Rosalind Gardner explains it all.

Everything you need to get started

I believe that The Super Affiliate Handbook is everything you need to get started with affiliate marketing. It’s not just an ebook for beginners, it’s an ebook for everybody involved in affiliate marketing. If you have it, you can use it as a step by step guide in order to remember everything when it comes to affiliate marketing. Even for people like myself, who’s been involved in affiliate marketing for several years, there’s always something I forget… and there are things I didn’t know before reading this ebook.

The book contains information about all the ways you can earn money as an affiliate, not just by selling a product and earning commission. There are six ways affiliates can earn money:

It’s a fantastic ebook

I’ve read many ebook and regular books about Internet marketing and affiliate marketing. This is by far the most detailed I’ve read. When it comes to affiliate marketing, it doesn’t get any better than this. You get everything you need to know as a complete beginner, and you get advanced stuff like “5 must-have site pages” and content planning using keywords.

… and because Internet marketing contains a lot of new words and phrases, you get the glossary of terms at the end of The Super Affiliate Handbook, where Rosalind Gardner explains all the most important words and phrases.

Jonathan Leger is the guy behind Instant Article Wizard. If you haven’t heard of this guy before, you should know that he is behind $7 Secrets, AdSense Gold, Translation Gold, Article Builder, Keyword Explosion and SEO Explosion. Well, he is one of the gurus in the world of Internet marketing.

Since Jonathan Leger is the creator of Instant Article Wizard, I had really high expectations. And he’s probably the reason why I bought it in the first place.

Before I tell you exactly what I think of it, let me explain what it is.

What it is

Instant Article Wizard is a software (for Windows only) that will help you write articles. It’s not a software that will help you duplicate articles and create hundreds of articles from one article. It’s more like a software that will help you get rid of writers block and write the article for you.

An example

I bought it because I have a blog about Protein High Foods, when I created it, I had no problems writing about proteins, health, weight loss and add recipes each week. Now, I have too much other things going on, and I’m not as creative when it comes to Protein High Foods. So, with that in mind, I bought Instant Article Wizard.

If I want a general article about protein, I add the following in the keywords box: protein is

This will search the Internet for thousands of resources and add the sentences which contains protein is. You can also build your article from the sentences you receive, the image below is from the introduction of the article.

If I’d like to add some information about the effect protein has on cancer, I just pick the subtopic cancer, and I get a various of ready-made sentences which contains cancer and is related to protein. Just look at the image below to see some of the options.

What’s great

You get a lot of more or less useful sentences when you do your research. Even though the sentences you get are written by someone else, you can build your article and then do your rewrite in the end. You can actually write an article about any topic, even though you don’t know hardly anything about the topic before using Instant Article Writer.

It’s also fairly easy to set up your article with an introduction, some subtopics and your conclusion. In about 5 or 10 minutes, you’ll have an article about any topic.

The software can be used to write articles in six different languages: English, Spanish, German, French, Italian and Portuguese. I’ve only been writing articles in English, but I could use Instant Article Writer to write articles in French even though I don’t know more than two French words.

The sentences you find using Instant Article Wizard is copied from other websites, but you also get the link to where the sentence appear. This way, you can check the context of the article where it appears. This makes it a lot easier to write your own article.

What’s not so great

I find the software to be kind of boring. I’m not sure what it is, but it doesn’t appeal to me. I don’t like to use it that much, it might be the navigation with all the subtopics. What you usually get when you do your research is 50 subtopics, and the subtopics are usually just words and sometimes they are out of context. When I did research for protein, I got subtopics like august and email. When I click on August, I got this as one of the sentences: “Friday, August 14 Medicating with marijuana: A remedy or a risk.” On the other hand, I get the link to the website where this sentence appears, so I can go there and read the article. This way I get all the information I need.

Final thoughts

Instant Article Wizard is a powerful software, but I haven’t been using it that much. I like writing my own articles and blog posts, even though it takes me a little longer to do the research and the actual writing. I think that Instant Article Wizard is more a software for people that like to produce really fast results, other than quality articles. But that being said, producing fast articles is a really powerful marketing technique.

Micro Niche Finder is a keyword research tool. It helps you find really valuable keywords, and by valuable keywords I am talking about keywords that brings both traffic and money.

I’ve been using Micro Niche Finder for a long time. I bought it because I wanted to find some valuable keywords for my blogs, in order for them to rank higher in the search engines. Since then, I’ve used Micro Niche Finder when writing articles, new blog posts, and creating AdWords campaigns. It’s a powerful tool.

I’ve saved a lot of time by using this software. It has helped me find some really good keywords, and it has helped me gain a lot of extra traffic. It’s fast, and it’s easy to use. I would say that anyone who have used a computer can use this software, and just by watching the video above, you understand what it’s all about. But in case you don’t, you’ll get a tutorial pdf as well.

Price

The price is $97, and it might sound a bit expensive at first. But it’s really a bargain, if you compare it to other similar software and services. The $97 is a one time fee, and so far, I’ve received many updates.

Traffic

I’ve been using Micro Niche Finder to drive traffic through Pay Per Click campaigns (from Google AdWords) and to rank higher on search engines (seo). For instance, one of the keywords I’m using at one of my PPC campaigns, it’s highly targeted and I pay only $0.15 – $0.20 per click. I found the keyword using Micro Niche Finder.

Why keyword research?

If you’re serious about Internet marketing, you have to be doing research when it comes to keywords. I’m not saying that you need to buy Micro Niche Finder, because there are many high quality software on keyword research, but you definitely should be doing your research.

Finding the right keywords, keywords that are not under-searched or have too much competition, is one of the most important aspects of Internet marketing.

I bought Flash Optin a few weeks ago, but I’ve just recently started using it. The reason I bought it was that I thought they looked amazing, and from the sales page, it sounded like it was fairly easy to use.

I am a newbie when it comes flash, and can’t imagine that I would be able to edit any flash files, well, maybe if I got some very detailed instructions. So, when I bought Flash Optin, it was with this in mind. I had to be able to use it without hardly any editing, and it should be fairly easy to install on my websites/blogs.

First, I think that the price is just right. It cost $27, and that’s not a whole lot, but all you get are various optin forms. You don’t get a system to help you earn money, or any information product, or any software for that matter. All you get are optin forms. But on the other hand, they are the coolest optin forms I’ve ever seen.

Optin forms are important, most of the time, they are the reason why people sign up for your newsletter or whatever you are offering. If you are using optin forms on your website or your blog, it’s important that they are designed by a professional. I’m not saying that a sales letter is not important, because if you are using a sales letter, well, then your optin form will be part of it and not the most important part, but that’s a different story.

It was incredibly easy to edit the text. It was a separate text file with all the optin forms, and all I had to do was edit plain text. It was done in a matter of a few seconds. Now, I also got the source files, for every optin form. But since I’m not a guru when it comes to photoshop or flash, I’ll leave them untouched.

If all you need is to change the text, you’ll be up and running a few minutes after you’ve bought it.

I’m using AWeber for my newsletter, and it was very easy to add the code from AWeber into Flash Optin. It took me less than a minute.

What I didn’t enjoy as much, was the lack of information when it comes to how to add the optin forms on my wordpress blog. There are lots of javascript and various code that I needed to add in order to get the forms to work. I tested it several times without any luck. In the end, I decided that using an iframe was the easiest solution.

At the moment, I am using iframes on my blogs, but that’s probably not the best way to do it. The most important part for me, it works and it looks amazing.

Listbuilding is a technique most Internet marketers use in order to gain extra traffic and earn money. What they do, is build a list of people (their names and email addresses) who are interested in a specific topic. They build targeted lists. Then, they earn money by sending them emails with offers related to their specific topic of interest. And if they want extra traffic, they send links to blog posts and websites related to this specific topic.

I first discovered Easy Marketing Newsletters about six months ago, in December 2008. I thought it looked interesting, although I found the sales page to be a little “not-my-kind-of-sales-page”. I am not sure why, I just didn’t like it. But I kept reading, and I searched Google for some reviews, and I looked at a few discussion forums for opinions.
